When will my order ship?
All orders will take between 4-6 weeks from production to shipment. Due to unforeseen circumstances, orders may sometimes exceed this waiting period.
How do I change my shipping address?
If you would like to change any addresses or notice an error after placing your order, please email us within 48 hours of placing your order at customercare@knitwrth.com.
What is the return policy?
Due to the small-batch nature of the brand, Knitwrth has a strict no return, exchange, or refund policy.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, we will immediately send a confirmation email. When the order is fulfilled, we will follow up with the shipping notification and tracking number. Please note that all shipment tracking takes a moment to update with the delivery estimate and transit details.
What size sweater should I get?
Refer to the size guide. Our sweaters are a unisex oversized fit, so size down if you want a more fitted look.
Do you cover lost or stolen packages?
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at customercare@knitwrth.com so that we can help file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please ensure you enter the correct email upon checkout to receive the transit and delivery confirmations.
How should I wash and care for my Knitwrth garment?
The fabric and details in this garment are delicate, so it is important to handle it with care and avoid contact with jewelry or rough surfaces that may cause snags and pulls.
Follow the washing instructions carefully by washing in cold water on a gentle cycle or using a mesh bag. Do not wash with other clothes that have zippers or anything that could cause snags. Dry the garment in low heat or lay it flat to dry. Please note that the fabric is 100% cotton and may shrink if exposed to high heat.
